Infini, founder of Christian, started a new business and stepped on what? Why the Tob track

Author
This is from a special programme of the LXDAO ' s " IA Home Country Programme " , which invites the founder of Infini Business to share his recently developed platform for the management of corporate funds and to share the thoughts and decisions behind it in the context of his transition from U-card operations to corporate financial products. The product currently supports individual and enterprise certification, provides functions such as French currency entry, gold giving, expenditure management and intelligent classification, and Christian not only breaks down product lines in detail, but also resets the pits that were trampled on in early C-end product: why users grow faster than they really are worth, and why it is not just functions and tariffs that are paid to end up, but trust, compliance and long-term service capacity. At the same time, he shared his latest thoughts about Web3 payments, corporate services, AI finance assistants and Agent Payment。
Infini Business Product Introduction
The Infini founder, Christian, described the shift of the team from a ToC product to a ToB service, which took six months to create a one-stop payment and financial management platform for Crypto and Web3 and which has now been extended to the traditional business fund management landscape. The product core is a simplified account opening process that takes into account compliance by requiring only mailbox authentication codes for registration, which are divided into two categories of KYC individuals and KYB enterprises, covering most of the mainstream areas, and subsequent plans to integrate automated services such as company registration. Currently, there is a difference between KYC and KYB, mainly in terms of volume, receipt capacity, with a visual view of the accounts and financial information on the first page。
On the French currency entry/exit, Infini uses French currency and stability currency, the value of the chain of financial support and local bank transfers for the exchange of stable currency, mainly for business users; the gold is based on the same-named cash withdrawal model, which does not support third-party collection, covering hundreds of countries and dozens of currencies, faster local transfers, SWIFT around T+1 and manual assistance in the case of first-time check-ups, with a central advantage being compliance and interpretability。
Billing management supports the uploading of notes and vouchers by means of AI Auto-Classing Streams. The financial watch allows for a uniform view of income and expenditure. In the future, more external accounts will be accessed and statements will be generated in conjunction with CFO Agent, and cost optimization advice will be provided, along with sound financial management services with a maximum reference annual of 6 per cent. The Card Business, in collaboration with the United States Bank of America, will launch a business card to support team decentralization, AI subscription recognition, no additional cost for United States dollar consumption, followed by a new low exchange cost card。
WITH REGARD TO THE MANAGEMENT OF BUSINESS EXPENDITURES, THE CARD MANAGER ' S SUB-CARDS ARE SET, AI CAN RECOGNIZE AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTIONS AND WARN OF LOSSES; FRENCH CURRENCY PAYMENTS CAN BE USED FOR OVERSEAS PAYROLL, VENDOR SETTLEMENTS, LOCAL AND SWIFT CHANNELS ARE SUPPORTED, AND THE FEES ARE CLEAR, AND THE ENTERPRISE ' S PAYMENT SCENE NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AND UPLOADED AS REQUIRED。
The collections provide three ways to collect invoices, Payment Link, API cashiers, fit ToB, ToC and mature product teams, support stabilization currency, public chain, Binance Pay etc., and API also supports subscription deductions, which are centrally available for export。
Team collaborating to support role allocation and multi-tier funding approvals, with automatic or manual clearances at a monetary level, and subsequent access to CFO Agent optimized approval reminders. Developers can easily configure API and Webbook at a rate of about 0.3%, and problems can be solved directly through worksheets or teams。
Infini plans next month to launch a dialogue CFO Agent to support voice/text creation of receipts, automatic aggregation of income and expenditure, processing of approval reconciliations, matching instruments, automating finance and compliance, improving annual review and audit efficiency, and now supports the export of ledgers and consumption details。
Team and product grinding: 20-person team, completing current version in approximately 7 months
VV: HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ON YOUR TEAM NOW? HOW LONG DID THIS PRODUCT LAST
Christian: We decided to switch from C-end U-card operations at the end of June and the beginning of July last year, and now the product is actually being developed from 8 to 9 and now almost seven months。
The team is currently about 20 people, a little less than last year, but more efficient overall. There are about 10 people in this area, including seven engineers, product managers and design; there are also compliance teams and market teams, which are, in general, a small, lean team。
At first I was more market- and growth-oriented, less technology-oriented, and then I started learning myself, and I started to write about the PRD with Agent. So far, about 70 percent of the functionality and demand files in this product have been produced by myself. I'm doing interactive Demo myself now。
IN GENERAL, WE'RE NOT A BIG TEAM, BUT WE'VE COVERED ALL DIRECTIONS, AND YOU'VE BEEN DOING A LOT OF WORK MORE NATURALLY WITH AI. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THE TOPICS OF GROWTH, SEO, ADVERTISING, THEN WE CAN SHARE THEM SEPARATELY。
VV: WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR RECRUITMENT TO MARKET POSITIONS
Christian: We don't have very rigid standards. I see two things more important than seniority: first, to actively explore, to use AI tools; and second, to really understand and like products. Many times, good work does not depend on experience or resources, but on whether you can quickly access products and understand user needs。
BESIDES, WE'RE VERY TIGHT ON THE SAFE SIDE. INTERNAL ENGINEERS WILL BE INVOLVED IN SECURITY-RELATED WORK, COVERING DEVELOPMENT, TESTING AND AUDITING; EXTERNAL AS WELL AS WORKING WITH PROFESSIONAL TEAMS. IN ADDITION TO SYSTEM AND FINANCIAL SECURITY, WE ALSO ATTACH GREAT IMPORTANCE TO DATA SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE SECURITY, SUCH AS AUTHENTICATION INFORMATION HOSTING, PCI STANDARDS, AND PROCESSES SUCH AS KYC, AML, FOR WHICH THERE IS A DEDICATED TEAM。
App Plan: Expected integration of personal and enterprise version capabilities
VV: Is the product currently connected to mainland bank accounts? In addition, feedback was also received to test the error in the mailbox authentication code in the environment, which would be stuck on the current page. There is also a concern about whether the next app will be launched。
Christian: Bank accounts on the mainland are not currently supported, mainly subject to regulatory compliance, and the Chinese-speaking region is more supportive of Hong Kong and Singapore at this stage. I'll synchronize with the team in the first place about the death of the card. The test environment is not perfect。
As for App, it's actually under development, and it's expected to go online in early May. There will be a bigger integration of the original personal and enterprise versions into an App that supports seamless switching like a flying book or a Lark and reduces user confusion。
CURRENTLY, THERE ARE RELATIVELY FEW PERSONALIZED FEATURES, WHICH WILL BE FOLLOWED BY THE GRADUAL ADDITION OF COMPETENCIES SUITABLE FOR PERSONAL USE, SUCH AS COMMON U CARDS AND SOME INDIVIDUAL FINANCIAL FUNCTIONS. HOWEVER, AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LOGIC, THE PERSONAL AND ENTERPRISE VERSIONS REMAIN TWO SYSTEMS, AS THEY DIFFER IN THE CERTIFICATION OF SUBJECTS, THE CONTROL OF FUNDS AND THE ADMINISTRATION OF AUTHORITY。
Difference between personal and business cards: towards different consumption and management scenarios
Question: Can personal versions replace the U-cards that are now commonly used, such as Bitget, after App go online
Christian: The personal card is different from the core of the business card. Business cards are used more for group expenses such as subscriptions, advertising, travel, etc., and personal cards are more for daily consumption。
Our follow-up personal cards will focus on two points: stability, more direct cooperation with banks, and a reduction in refunds, authority and systemic instability arising from past reliance on card platforms; and rates and experience of use, such as a more rational exchange rate and the return of a percentage of Cashback。
I think it's more like a complementary relationship than a bitget of this kind of U-card. The final difference in the card product will not be particularly large, but the key will be stability, capacity to pay, rates and the availability of additional value. The difference we would rather make is to connect cards with AI, finance, consumption analysis, expenditure planning, etc., not just payment instruments, but a better-informed financial product。
QUESTION: YOU'VE DONE IT BEFORE. U-CAL, WHICH PITS HAVE YOU STEPPED ON? WHAT IS THE INSPIRATION FOR THE PRODUCT NOW
The biggest lessons are a few. First, the payment product does not bypass compliance capacity and channels, we are inexperienced early on, we have limited access to card resources, and we do not have optimal rates, system stability and processing capacity. Secondly, the quality of the users was not sufficiently filtered. Users of wool and malicious refunds put considerable pressure on products and costs。
Moreover, we were too easily taken away by growth data. The rapid growth of users does not mean that retention and viscosity are really good. Later, we realized that products could not be done only on the face of growth, but also on long-term value and service capacity。
These experiences are the greatest inspiration for the time being: stricter standards, particularly on compliance and user screening; and less greed, rather than deep core competencies that serve users who are willing to use them over time。
Web3 payments: real variables are linked to the real world
VV: What do you think of Web3 paying for the biggest technology variable in the next two years
Christian: I think the biggest variable of the future is not just a single-point technology, but whether it can really combine low-cost, efficient and real-world compliance, business processes。
On the one hand, French currency and cards are still a real demand and many compliance requirements cannot be bypassed; on the other hand, chain payments on TOC receipts, B2B settlements are indeed faster and cheaper than traditional systems. The real opportunity lies in the ability to complete the French currency while perfecting the workforce on the chain, such as approval, reconciliation, and the processes that these companies really need to pay for。
Many of the existing Web3 products are not designed essentially for real business scenarios. If the future chain of products can make these experiences better than traditional FinTech, then companies will really embrace it on a large scale。
So, for Builder, the most important thing is to make the payment: the basic principles cannot be saved, and the unnecessary costs must be cut as much as possible. In particular, when it comes to French currency, compliance and anti-money-laundering thresholds must be maintained; on this basis, it is possible to optimize processes and reduce frictions in order to be both efficient and credible。
How payment products build trust: branding, transparency, compliance and long-term services
VV: HOW DOES “TRUST” LAND FOR DEVELOPERS WHEN MAKING A PAID PRODUCT
Christian: I think the core has two layers. The first is continuous communication with users, especially financial products, many of whom are naturally suspicious of you, so early on a little confidence-building must be addressed by real services and problems. The second is long-term branding, which cannot end with just making products, and where networks of officials, information presentations, and detailed experiences influence user judgement。
On this basis, security, transparency, licensing and regulatory compliance are essential; and, further, this sense of credibility is reflected at every point. Ultimately, trust is built on time and sustained face-to-face communication with users and communities。
Agent Payment: The agreement will be supported, but priority will be given to completing the infrastructure
Agent Payment? Will subsequent agreements such as A2A, X402, MPP be supported
Christian: I'm looking at Agent Payment as a whole. It's no problem in this direction, and we'll back up the agreement, but the rhythm will probably be in the second half of the year。
This is due to the fact that many teams are still in the exploratory phase and the needs are not yet fully in demand. What is more important for us now is to complete the underlying infrastructure and real business processes, such as billing, API access, approval, reconciliation. It's more natural to open up to Agent when these capabilities are perfected。
So the idea is to make up the infrastructure and fit the Agent protocol. In addition to the payment agreement itself, we will then focus more on the financial agent, like the CFO, who will help the users to do the collection, approval, reconciliation, etc。
